Subject: Paul Harlan passed away last night

 

Paul Harlan's daughter called me this morning to let us know about Paul Harlan's passing last night. Tentative arrangements are as such. I will let everyone know if things change.

 

Viewing will be at Lynch & sons funeral home, 1368 North Crooks, Clawson, Mi 48017 just south of 15 MIle on Thursday 12-15-2011 from 2-9PM?The request is that all of the DAV members perform a joint memorial service at 7Pm on Thursday at the funeral home.

 

The funeral will be on Friday morning and the immediate family will escort the Paul to the funeral home in Holly, while the rest of return to Chapter 129 Memorial home at 47326 Dequindre, Shelby Twp, MI 48317 immediately following the funeral (time to be determined). Because of the financial hardship to the family, his daughter has asked that the auxiliary and chapter put together a potluck luncheon for the wake. I will keep everyone informed to any changes. Per the wishes of Paul's family. The viewing times will be from 3-8PM on Thursday and the funeral will be at 11am on Friday with the wake at the DAV Chapter 129 hall at 3 pm. Please pass the info on.
